Hi, I’m laura Seraydarian
I see this life as a journey with so many stones to turn over. Much of my path has been shaped by going big — learning the foundations of transformation and resilience through my own triumphs and failures. Over my career, I’ve studied human behavior and developed people-centered resilience strategies and initiatives to support transformation across personal, community, and systemic contexts — addressing personal resilience, the climate crisis, natural disasters, socio-economic distress, and the cultivation of core leadership. I’ve had the privilege of working around the world, advising individuals, communities, institutions, and nations as they navigate change and build capacity for resilience and transformation.
At home in Colorado, my cup was filled outdoors—rock climbing, running trails, and charging down rivers. I spent 7 years as an emergency first responder on the Rocky Mountain Rescue Team—learning to operate at the top of my ability in life-or-death situations, to integrate other people’s emergencies into my daily life, and to persevere in demanding mountain conditions. I was fully immersed in this lifestyle until traumatic injuries forced me to release much of what I identified with. This rupture turned me inward, where I faced my shadow side, experienced deep healing, and began a profound transformation.
As uncomfortable as diving deep and ‘doing the work’ can be, I’ve found it essential to living a full, beautiful, and integrated life. I dedicated 4 years to completing an intensive in Qi Gong and another 3 years apprenticing in somatic vocals, songwriting, and performance. Over the past fifteen years, I’ve immersed myself in the teachings of the Presencing Institute, the Hendricks Institute, Brené Brown, Internal Family Systems, Somatics, and Nonviolent Communication, alongside meditation, embodied and earth-based practices, and spiritual inquiry rooted in relationship with the body, land, and lineage.
I trained in Coaching for Transformation with Leadership That Works India and am a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation. My devotion to somatic healing led me to become a certified practitioner in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy through The Embody Lab. Across these years of study and practice, I’ve learned how transformation lives in the body—not just the mind—and how presence, voice, and nervous system awareness shape our capacity for change.
Personally, I’ve learned to find ease—a gentler “middle” way—one that fosters greater self-compassion and self-care, and ultimately guides me toward a more authentic and meaningful path in life.
Transformational work reshapes how we experience our lives and expands our capacity to show up in our greatness. It invites us into deeper presence, greater care, and more honest ways of being with ourselves and the world. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing clients reconnect with their core Self and live embodied, free, and powerfully. It is an honor to walk alongside others as they remember who they are and step forward with clarity and purpose.
My journey continues alongside yours,
Laura
MY Mission
A thriving future, where all people flourish.
My Approach
Philosophy
I believe each of us lives within a unique Personal Ecosystem that shapes our experience of life. This ecosystem is rooted in our early family systems, environment, and experiences, and is continuously shaped by our interactions with the world.
When we understand our Personal Ecosystem’s influence, we gain access to deeper agency — and a truer sense of who we are beneath the patterns of our lives. We begin to see not only what we do, but why — and how our thoughts, emotions, nervous system, beliefs, and behaviors work together to create the life we’re living. In doing so we start to sense what is already present and wanting to emerge beyond those patterns.
Over time, I came to recognize that transformation unfolds through distinct pathways of growth — what I now call the 9 Pathways of Transformation. These pathways are not goals to reach or traits to acquire, but living dimensions of human development that become more accessible as we return to ourselves over time — places we grow into. They offer a way to orient ourselves within our Personal Ecosystem and move through change with greater clarity, coherence, and self-trust.
Transformation doesn’t happen by force.
It unfolds through awareness, relationship, and alignment — when we learn to listen to our system, respond with care, and make choices that honor who we already are and who we are becoming.
We are not separate from the world we inhabit.
Our inner lives and the larger systems around us are in constant relationship — shaping one another, influencing what’s possible, and informing how we meet change.
When we tend our Personal Ecosystem with curiosity, honesty, and compassion, we don’t become someone new — we shift how we relate to our work, our relationships, and the world at large.
This is the foundation of my work.
COACHING Process
I support my clients in developing a deeper relationship with their nervous system and their Personal Ecosystem — the inner dynamics that shape how they experience life. By identifying adaptive strengths and gently unwinding unhelpful patterns at their root, we create conditions for meaningful, lasting change to unfold.
We move through the process together as true partners. I bring compassion, presence, and steadiness to co-create a space where self-discovery and self-return feel both safe and expansive. Our process flows with your individuality and emerging needs, translating insight into everyday life and integrating awareness into embodied action.
Your experience is uniquely yours. I hold a holistic view of your development, supporting you through reflection, refinement, and integration as your life unfolds — in your mind, body, and deeper self. Together, we weave transformational processes, somatic practices, and systems-based understanding into a coherent path of growth — one that honors who you already are, evolves with you, and supports your long-term integration.
